 *This package does NOT include a ticket to the concert. Tickets for concert must be purchased separately. Access to VIP portion of the day will take place at 6:30PM on day of show. No refunds or transfers (unless event is cancelled). 

*All purchasers MUST have their email address attached to the purchase or in their customer profile in order for us to communicate any changes. We are not responsible for missed events if we have no way of reaching you. No tickets issued for this package. You'll need proof of purchase on your phone or printed out, when you arrive, and a representative from Shawn's team will come meet you at the main entrance to the venue and check you in. Please have photo ID ready.

*Purchasers to arrive at venue no later than 6:15pm (Main doors), with proof of purchase in hand, to confirm entry. No exchanges or refunds. Non-transferrable.

*Entry to VIP experience is all ages. No entry to gaming floor or any other facilities considered to be accessed by patrons 19+. VIP Experience is in no way affiliated with OLG, OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, or Fallsview Casino.
